At Junco Furniture, we aim to deliver your modular furniture safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high demand or delays, we will notify you via email/phone.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver in India Only

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is [7–21 business days], depending on your location and product availability.

  • Custom-made or bulk orders may take longer; timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

  • Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above β‚Ή999.

  • For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of β‚Ή99Β applies.

  • Any additional handling or installation charges will be communicated at checkout or prior to delivery.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order via our website or directly through the logistics partner.


6. Delivery & Assembly

  • Furniture will be delivered flat-packed or pre-assembled, depending on the product.

  • Our team/partners may provide on-site installation in selected locations. Details will be shared during order confirmation.


7. Damages During Shipping

  • We take utmost care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged:

    • Please inspect the item at the time of delivery.

    • Report any damage to our support team within 48 hours, along with photos/videos.

    • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).


8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, repeated missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping charges.


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
